RMD Bookkeeping is owned and operated by Rosalyn M. Di Cesare. Born and raised in London, Ontario, I quickly took an interest in the business sector, more specifically accounting. It was during my senior years in high school that I chose this as my career choice. In my fourth year at Regina Mundi College I was granted the Libro Financial Group Headstart Award in 2009 for achieving the highest combined grade in my business courses. Upon graduating from Regina Mundi College in 2009 I commenced my post-secondary career at Fanshawe College specializing in Accounting.

At the end of my four year stay I attained the Business – Accounting diploma, Business Administration – Accounting advanced diploma, as well as the Business Administration – Leadership & Management advanced diploma. Shortly after graduating from Fanshawe College in April 2013, I quickly took on the role as Bookkeeper for Higgs & Higgs Incorporated, a successful excavating company located in St. Thomas. My duties included several daily bookkeeping functions; such as payroll, source deductions and budgeting. This extended into assisting their Accountant with year-end responsibilities as well. In July 2014, I accepted a full time position with Western Area Youth Services (not-for-profit organization) as the Accounts Payable, Scheduling/Payroll Administrator. While working full time, I made the decision to focus solely on RMD Bookkeeping in April 2015 and leave my job at Western Area Youth Services. Currently, I am the sole owner and operator of RMD Bookkeeping. In September 2016, I decided to accept a part-time teaching position at Fanshawe College, where I am teaching accounting courses and educating individuals about the importance of properly following accounting procedures and policies. When meeting with clients, I feel it is also important to discuss and educate on how your books/taxes will be completed so you have full confidence in the work I do for you. With the experience I have gained from these positions I look forward to assisting you with your bookkeeping/income tax needs.
